Leslie is a highly experienced professional, with a 19-year background in multiple creative and management disciplines. She was previously the head of vascular & endovascular research division at a leading medtech research firm in London, managing & producing market insights reports for the global medical device industry (clients include Medtronic, Abbott, Cook Medical, Gore & Covidien).
Responsible in day-to-day business operations, planning and executing company marketing and managing a multi-disciplinary creative team with in-depth knowledge of design strategy & process, & multimedia production.
Jon Burden
Creative Director
Jon is a multi-award winning art & animation director with over 20+ years extensive medical mode-of-action animation experience for global markets (clients include Pfizer, Unilever, AbbVie, Novartis, Genentech, & Amgen), as well as factual broadcast (BBC, Discovery Channel, History, NatGeo, Sky, & Channel 4).
Jon heads all projects from visual conception to final film completion. Using his exceptional knowledge and experience, Jon has pushed boundaries in style and quality brought to the medical animation industry.
Javier Martin
Senior Artist
Javier has an extensive professional experience in wide areas of production including TV programs, documentaries, films and commercial advertisements. From computer animation, motion graphics to interactive design, his invaluable knowledge and talent continues to elevate and inspire our digital media production.
Javier holds a key role in our research and development for interactive design, pipelines and animation production at Geometric Medical.
Steve Green

Steve is an experienced designer and digital artist. He has been creating and producing successful broadcast and commercial projects and highly skilled in broadcast titles, VFX, events graphics, projection mapping, animation and realtime graphics.
Steve is a great asset to the team — bringing his immense technical knowledge, talent and skills in creating high-end design for our global healthcare projects.

We are a group of experienced, highly skilled and creative 3D artists, designers, animators, illustrators, and developers, with extensive experience in various clinical areas. Our medical science and factual broadcast production backgrounds enable us to achieve feature-film quality graphics and scientific accuracy. Our medical and scientific experience, creativity and standards of excellence feature recognition from multiple global healthcare awards and international broadcast features.
Our scientific and medical experts have vast experience in multiple therapies from discovery to post-commercialization stage. Our scientific experts who work with our creative team have strong pharmacological backgrounds, comprising BSc and PhD degrees, members of the European Medical Writers Association (EMWA), and are knowledgeable with all legal, medical reviews and approval.

3D Generalist / Cinema 4D Artist

Geometric are seeking a keen and dynamic 3D Generalist with expertise in Cinema 4D and Redshift to join our growing team. Candidates must be passionate about 3D / CGI and have a desire to create great work. If you are committed to constantly enhancing your CG level and work output, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of CGI & VFX projects.
You will be working with a small collaborative team of highly talented animators and designers. We need someone proactive, articulate, approachable and punctual, who is keen to develop and is happy to fit into our design family. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with proven industry professionals and be given the freedom to bring your own design ideas and skills.
The role at present would be working remotely, however we will all revert back to being studio-based, once we can work together safely post Covid-19, following UK government guidance.
